Bachelor of Commerce in Finance Management (Honours) • Bachelor of Education in Accounting & Business Studies • Master of Commerce in Accounting & Finance. Olivia brings over 13 years of commerce teaching experience, equipping Namibian learners with knowledge in accounting, entrepreneurship, economics and business studies. At O&M she provides strategic support, maintains client relationships and contributes to sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.

Higher Diploma in Accounting & Auditing • Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) • Master of Science in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. With over 7 years of experience in finance and accounting, including previous roles as Creditors & Debtors Controller, Accountant, and Finance Manager, Miriam oversees client relationships, financial statements, tax planning and day-to-day operations. She provides final authorisation on all accounting and taxation matters.
